Prism Technologies LLC v. Verisign, Inc. et al., No. 05-214-JJF, Apr. 2, 2007.

Farnan, J. The court issued a Markman decision on disputed terms.

The patent-in-suit relates to a subscription access security system for use with untrusted computer networks.  The Court conducted a Markman hearing on November 9, 2006.  Plaintiff sought leave to supplement the hearing record based on new arguments.  The Court found that Defendants had not adopted new arguments and leave to supplement was denied.
