Claims relating to cell phone networks are construed

TruePosition, Inc. v. Andrew Corporation, C.A. No. 05-747-SLR, August 23, 2007.

Robinson, J.  The Court construes seven of eight disputed terms.

The technology at issue relates to cellular telephone networks.  The Court declines to construe “prescribed set of reverse control channels” without further clarification.  “Timing original” is apparently given its ordinary meaning.  Remaining constructions are supported by the patent specifications.
