Eight terms construed following Markman Hearing

Baylson, J.  (sitting by designation) The Court issues claims construction on eight disputed terms for the patent-in-suit.

The patent-in-suit claims an efficient and cost-effective method of testing a human tissue sample to determine whether a person has a particular antigen.  The Court construes eight disputed terms following a Markman Hearing on June 10, 2010.
