Claim construction opinion issues regarding computer search technology

Thynge, MJ.  The court construes six disputed terms contained in one patent-in-suit.

 

Claims are construed relating to computer search technology. Claim construction briefing was completed March 20, 2013 and a Markman hearing was held on April 18, 2013.  The court construed the following disputed terms:

Keyword

Association graph

Anchor keyword

Non-anchor keyword

Designating, by the search system, one or more keywords as anchor keywords and the remaining keywords as non-anchor keywords
